My philosophy as a coach is based on the following tenet "You may learn a lot from your mistakes."
I don’t want to emphasize on my successes as an athlete but what I really want is using my experience to highlight "the other side of the moon ". What’s exactly behind the images of women and men crossing a finish line ? From an external point of view, achieving a goal may seem effortless, but for an athlete this is far from being the case. To achieve my sporting goals I did a lot of mistakes (at that time, I had no coach) and experienced bad moments that you should not have to go through.
